An old high school acquaintance of mine claims to be an atheist. He asked the same question. In Romans 1:20 we read that “since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen”. Creation, life itself is evidence of God. Those who struggle with acknowledging God may call the source of creation Intelligent Design. True scientists must admit that behind all of creation and life there had to be some kind of divine intervention. Life cannot come from nothing. Deep in the heart of man there is awareness of God and of certain moral requirements. The longer man denies God, the farther man strays away from what is moral and acceptable to God. The legalization of killing innocent unborn children and the sanction of same sex marriage are just two evidences of a society that is denying God.
