The bible always has been very clear on listing sexual activity outside of marriage as a sin. In regards to same sex relationships for over 5000 years throughout history this act was deemed as wrong and socially unacceptable. Whether the Court deems this as allowed or banned the bible calls this sexual activity a sin. There is no way to excuse or condone this type of sexual activity if one claims to be a Christian. However the same is true of premarital sex which is called fornication, or of being unfaithful to your married partner which is called adultery. God's plan is for one man and one woman to come together as husband and wife. They are to be committed and faithful to one another. Any sexual activity outside of this relationship is called sin and is wrong in the eyes of God. If it has been committed then that person needs to confess it as sin and accept forgiveness that comes only by and through acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
